Free Physicals Offered High School Athletes
Post Falls junior and senior high athletes who need a sports physical can attend a free clinic on Aug. 21 and Aug. 27 at the Kootenai Medical Center Health Park in Post Falls.
The clinic will be held from 8 a.m. to noon both days at the park, which is at 1300 E. Mullan.
The free clinic will offer physical exams as required by the Idaho High School Activities Association. In addition, the clinic will also give adolescent immunizations to students who need their shots brought up-to-date.
Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and need to bring a parent or guardian and immunization records. The clinic organizers ask that the students wear athletic shorts.
The clinic is sponsored by Coeur d’Alene Pediatrics, KMC, Panhandle Health District, and Drs. Colin Cross and Michael Carraher. Call 667-0585 for more information. , DataTimes
