Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Lara J. Anderson - 24, Naples, Idaho, grand theft, $1,000 bond.

Heriberto M. Aroyo - 29, Yakima, failure to appear/trafficking drugs, felony eluding, $50,000 bond.

Trevor P. Edstrom - 28, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, grand theft (two counts), contempt/driving under the influence, $11,087 bond.

Mathew L. Fiscus - 26, Spokane, parole violation/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Steven P. Hill - 35, Portland, parole violation/controlled substance, $10,000 fine.

Misdemeanors

Corey L. Brannan - 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $368 bond.

Justin E. Dickman - 21, Kalispell, Mont., contempt/no driver’s license, invalid driver’s license, $355 bond.

Charles E. Eastlick - 58, Sandpoint, contempt/failure to obtain overweight permit, $453 bond.

Lorne S. Hanks - 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $716 bond.

Thomas H. Gordon - 34, Veradale, Wash., contempt/operate vehicle without registration, $60 bond.

Robert E. Johnson - 42, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $200 bond.

David C. Kincaid - 50, Spokane, contempt/ nonpayment of child support, no bond, 10 days in jail.

Marc A. Lampe - 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana, $501 bond.

Thomas E. Larson - 27, Blanchard, Idaho, contempt and failure to appear/carrying a concealed weapon, no driver’s license, driving under the influence, $2,622 bond, one day in jail.

Rafael R. A. Lopez - 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/false personation of age, failure to appear/petty theft, $2,228 bond.

Patricia L. Olson - 39, Spirit Lake, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $153 bond.

Terry W. Persick Jr. - 24, Priest River, contempt/inattentive driving, $203 bond.

Richard M. Phillips - 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/malicious injury to property, $2,726 bond.

Matthew M. Schardt - 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $170 bond.
