Microsoft Sues 3 Software Resellers
Microsoft officials said Wednesday they have filed lawsuits against three software resellers in Ontario based on copyright infringement related to alleged piracy of Microsoft Windows NT Server and Workstation computer operating systems.
The lawsuits were filed in the Federal Court of Canada in Toronto on Aug. 21. Named in the suits are Unique Business Machines and CompuWedge, both of Mississauga, and Computer 4 Less of Toronto.
