NEW FACES:

Washington Trust Bank has hired the following people:

Larry Shintani joined the bank as assistant vice president and Main Branch manager. Shintani, a graduate of Eastern Washington University, has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Diane Albrethsen was named assistant vice president and trust officer for the bank’s North Idaho region. Albrethsen has 16 years of experience in the trust services industry and is a graduate of the University of Montana.

New additions to the staff of LeMaster & Daniels PLLC include:

Mandie Remek and Donna Pohle joined the firm as staff accountants in the Tax/General Business Services Department. Remek interned with the firm through tax season. Pohle previously was an accounting clerk with Joey August Distributors. Both are accounting graduates of Eastern Washington University.

Chad Bailey was hired as an accountant in the Auditing and Accounting Department. Bailey, a graduate of the University of Idaho, was previously a staff accountant with Bechtel Hanford Inc.

Mark Forman has joined North By Northwest Productions as a producer and director. Forman was previously the president of a New England production company specializing in producing fundraising and recruitment videos for colleges, universities and other nonprofit organizations. He will serve corporate clients and advertising agencies, and continue to work with institutions.

Windermere Real Estate/North Wall Street Inc. has added three sales associates to its staff:

Carol Moon joined Windermere after five years of real estate experience with Crowley Realty Better Homes & Gardens. Moon, who holds a Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, previously worked in interior design.

Tim Todd, who is new to real estate, previously spent nine years in the fishing industry in Alaska.

Milly Tyree, also new to real estate, previously worked in retail for seven years.

Mike Copler has joined John L. Scott Real Estate in Spokane as a sales associate.

Michael Hayes has been named executive director of the Single Parent Outreach Connection, a nonprofit organization serving single parents in Spokane County. Hayes previously worked for Consumer Credit Counseling Service.

Foundation Northwest, The Community Foundation, has added three people to its board of directors: Lynn Jones, managing partner of LeMaster & Daniels CPA’s; Bonnie Morrow, community volunteer; and Rosemary Selinger, past president of the Washington State Arts Commission.

MOVING UP:

Jim Clarizio has been promoted to sales manager for Acme Materials & Construction Co.’s Spokane ready-mix/ sand and gravel operations. Clarizio was promoted from salesman.

Spokane Transit Authority has promoted Patricia Mize to the position of revenue clerk. Mize has worked in the STA Customer Service Department since 1991.
