Boy Proclaims Love For First Lady In His Letter To The President

Somewhere in Washington, there’s a little boy in love with first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton - and bold enough to confess his ardor to her husband.

President Clinton learned of the boy’s affection while reading through a book of letters from children that was presented to him during Sunday services at Metropolitan Baptist Church here.

“I’m not trying to get myself in trouble, but I’ve always had a crush on Hillary,” the boy wrote to Clinton.

The First Husband, however, was not jealous.

“I can certainly understand that,” Clinton quipped, drawing laughter and applause from the congregation.
