Nic Shooters Ventilate Ccs

Nathaniel Bailey tossed in 28 points and Johnny Goodman added 26 points to lead North Idaho to a 97-87 non-league victory Tuesday night over Community Colleges of Spokane at Spokane CC.

The Cardinals improved to 8-1 on the season.

Modesto Spencer connected on 13 of 17 shots and finished with a game-high 34 points for the Sasquatch (4-1). Jon Chatfield chipped in with 15 points.

CCS made 67 percent (10 of 15) of its 3-point shots but struggled at the foul line, making just 9 of 21 attempts for 43 percent.
