Nic Wrestlers Beat Clackamas

The North Idaho College wrestlers may have had bigger things on their minds Friday, but that didn’t keep them from a convincing 34-12 dual-meet victory over visiting Clackamas.

A pin from heavyweight Roger Neff and a major decision from 134-pounder Jeremy Wynia highlighted the victory. Wynia was subbing for injured Brian Coats.

NIC is due in Susanville, Calif., today for a showdown against Lassen, which edged the Cardinals for last season’s national championship.
