Shoshone County Outstanding Warrants

Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Iola M. Seal 65, Kingston, petty theft, $150 bond.

Gerald A. E. Sebastian, aka Richard Runyon 51, Osburn, fictitious display, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, $1,000 bond.

Reuben J. Seelhoff 21, Kellogg, minor consuming alcohol, $100 bond.

Amy K. Seick 25, Coeur d’Alene, obstructing justice, driving while suspended, $416 bond.

Buddy J. Selby 34, Spokane, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Robert C. Sellers 23, Ardmore, Penn., petty theft, $250 bond.

Allen R. Shafer 38, Gig Harbor, Wash., driving under the influence, $454 bond.

Patrick W. Shaffer 38, Missoula, driving under the influence, $1,042 bond.

Gregory A. Shanafelt 38, Post Falls, fishing during closed season, $167 bond.

Clinton M. Sharp Jr. 31, Pinehurst, driving under the influence, failure to register vehicle, driving while suspended, $705 bond.

Henry C. Sheets Jr. 62, Kent, Wash., failure to stop at port of entry, $300 bond.

Randal C. Shepherd 34, Chatham, Ontario, Canada, exceeding registered gross weight, $76 bond.

Burt O. Shetler 35, Smelterville, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $991 bond.

Christopher H. Shinkle 31, Sandpoint, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Shoshone County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
