Red Cross Selling Preparedness Kits

The Inland Northwest Chapter of the American Red Cross is now making emergency preparedness kits available to the public.

The kits include an emergency blanket, lightweight poncho, hygiene pack, six drinking water pouches, a 12-hour light stick and heat pack. The cost is $11.95. For $15.95, leather gloves and a first aid kit are included.

The Red Cross also is selling 1998 childsafety calendars that have a first aid quick reference guide. The cost is $10.
