Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Rok T. Bass 20, Moscow, burglary, $15,000 bond.

Jesus M. Cortez 20, Coeur d’Alene, aggravated assault, $100,000 bond.

Jeffrey P. Howard 44, Spokane, failure to appear/possession/delivery of amphetamine (two counts), possession of heroin, $25,000 bond.

Steven D. Katich 48, Keller, Wash., aggravated battery, $20,000 bond.

Timothy T. Mitchell 22, Coeur d’Alene, rape, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $16,000 bond.

Misdemeanors Ronald L. Anderson 55, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $568 bond.

Casey D. Brown 19, Hayden, contempt/failure to display license plates, $70 bond.

John A. Crutchfield 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $454 bond.

Glenn H. Davis 48, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $145 bond.

Christopher C. Dillard 33, Sandpoint, contempt/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, $500 bond.

Johni R. Hill 18, Osburn, contempt/liquor-minors, $153 bond.

Robert A. Hockett Jr. 37, Rathdrum, contempt/domestic violence, $300 bond.

Rodney L. Howell 31, Priest River, contempt/driving under the influence, $569 bond.

George M. Kelly 44, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $300 bond.

Rick L. McClelland 39, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $569 bond.

Dale E. Mellen Sr. 67, Priest River, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $349 bond.

Dane W. Migota 29, Sandpoint, contempt/no driver’s license, $100 bond.

Thomas L. Murty 48, Post Falls, contempt/urinating in public, $100 bond.

David L. Pollard 23, Hayden, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $55 bond.

Terri D. Rhoads 36, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, $750 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine. The names of more wanted felons can be found on the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department Internet home page at http://www.dmi.net/kcsd/.
