New Usc Coach Picks Assistants

New Southern California football coach Paul Hackett has decided to retain three assistants - Hue Jackson, Mike Wilson and Dennis Thurman - from the John Robinson regime.

The school also announced that Larry Petroff, who spent the past five seasons at Ohio State, has been hired as an assistant.

Petroff, 47, will coordinate USC’s recruiting efforts in addition to his assistant coaching duties.
