Sasquatch Cruise Past Everett, 75-60

Jon Chatfield and Charlie Gordon combined for 33 points Tuesday night, leading the Sasquatch past Everett CC 75-60 in an NWAACC game at Spokane Community College.

Spokane, evening the score for Everett’s victory on Monday night, led most of the way to lift its record to 8-4. The Sasquatch, who led 30-24 at halftime, shook off Everett’s late challege with success at the free-throw line.

Chatfield scored 17 points. Gordon collected 16. Brian Darnold, who finished with 12 points, sank all five of his field-goal attempts.

Everett’s Corby Schuh, a former Central Valley standout, led the Trojans with 18 points, but made only 6 of 18 shots from the field. He led Everett with nine rebounds.
