Give your views on Freeman discipline

In the past I have seen letters to the editor regarding concerns in the Freeman School District.

I have witnessed first-hand some of the abuse that students in that district are being subjected to.

On the agenda for Tuesday, Feb. 11, the public is invited to speak and learn about the discipline policies and procedures regarding both students and staff. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the junior high library.

This upcoming school board meeting is a way for the community to voice concerns and learn the procedures.

Maybe it’s time for some changes.

Let us learn what we as parents can do for our kids and gain a better understanding of the way the school district functions.
