Blake enjoyed a bogey-free round on the 7,000-yard Torrey Pines South Course, something the others on the leaderboard couldn’t match, and was at 14-under 202 after 54 holes.

Mark O’Meara, who shared the second-round lead with Steve Lowery, shot a 1-under 71 and was tied for second with Mike Hulbert at 12-under 204.

Former Pullman resident Kirk Triplett shot his third consecutive 71 and stands at 3-under 213.

Dave Stockton rode a hot putter to a second-round 67 and a one-stroke lead over three players after two rounds of the Senior PGA Tour’s LG Championship in Naples, Fla.

Stockton had a 36-hole total of 9-under 135, one shot ahead of Hale Irwin, Jack Kiefer and Vicente Fernandez, who had a 69.

Woods widens lead

Tiger Woods made five birdies on the front nine and shot a 66, taking a six-stroke lead going into the final round of the Asian Honda Classic in Bangna, Thailand.

Woods had a 16-under-par 200 after three rounds on the par-72, 7,016-yard course at the Thai Country Club.

The leader after each round, Robbins was at 12-under 204, two shots ahead of Jane Geddes.
