Monday, 3:30 p.m. council briefing, lower-level briefing room

6 p.m. regular meeting, City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. The council will discuss a proposed contract with Washington Water Power Co. to burn ice storm debris at WWP’s Kettle Falls incinerator.

Spokane County Commissioners

Tuesday, 9 a.m. briefing, county courthouse, 1116 W. Broadway Ave.

2 p.m. meeting for non-hearing items, public works hearing room, 1026 W. Broadway. Among other business, commissioners will set salaries for themselves and other elected officials.

5 p.m. meeting, public works hearing room. Commissioners plan to set urban growth boundaries, as required under the state’s Growth Management Act.

Tuesday, 4 p.m., lower-level briefing center, City Hall

Citizen committee discusses possible changes to the city charter.

Spokane Public Works Committee

Monday, 1:30 p.m. regular meeting, fifth-floor conference room, City Hall.

The committee will discus the transportation plan for southeast Spokane, and a proposal to hire a private contractor to enforce disabled parking violations.

Spokane Plan Commission

Wednesday, noon, planning conference room, second-floor, City Hall

The committee will hold a public hearing on the annual review of the comprehensive plan and will be briefed on the downtown development plan.

Thursday, 1:30 p.m., council briefing center, lower level, City Hall
