Carbon Monoxide Found In 911 Center

From Staff And Wire Reports

Traces of carbon monoxide and gasoline have been found in the air at an emergency dispatch center where workers became ill this week, police said.

Repairs to prevent the problem are being made at the 911 operation in the Public Safety Building, although tests showed the chemicals had not reached dangerous levels, police spokeswoman Katherine SchubertKnapp said late Friday.
