Search Continues For Bank Robber

The search continued Friday for a man in a fake beard who robbed a Spokane Valley bank branch.

The FBI released a photograph of the man taken during Thursday’s robbery by a security camera at the Inland Northwest Bank.

Witnesses said he walked into the branch located inside the Yoke’s Pac ‘N Save at 15111 E. Sprague about 5:30 p.m. He told bank employees he was armed and demanded cash.

He the grabbed an undisclosed amount of money and walked away.

Witnesses said the bandit was a white man in his mid-30s, about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He was wearing a dark stocking cap, olive drab military jacket and dark trousers. He also wore glasses.
