Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge, and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jason E. Davis 26, Spokane, parole violation/ burglary (four counts), $10,000 bond.

Kenneth E. Humphrey 48, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $3,000 bond.

Johnathan S. Ottersberg 21, Rathdrum, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Casey C. Parker 32, failure to appear/grand theft, $20,000 bond.

Jesse R. Richardson 27, Las Vegas, Nev., parole violation/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Glenn V. Geile 36, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended (two counts), $785 bond.

Rebecca L. Greanny 29, Greenacres, contempt/driving under the influence (two counts), $787 bond.

Alisha L. Hamilton 17, Hayden, contempt/ fictitious display, $53 bond.

Robin L. Heitstuman 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $65 bond.

Reuben A. Hill 43, Worley, contempt/ domestic battery, $82 bond.

John R. Hines 31, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ domestic battery, $100 bond.

Noah S. Kammers 19, Newman Lake, contempt/possession of a controlled substance $303 bond.

Tony R. Kitchens 36, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended, obstructing justice, $591 bond.

Keith E. Lafountain 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, driving while suspended, $400 bond.

Earl E. Lewis 37, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, $366 bond.

Rhonda A. Lovelass 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/non-sufficient funds check, $103 bond.

Timothy M. Parker 42, Spirit Lake, contempt/suspended driver’s license, frequenting a place where drugs are used, $210 bond.

Tony J. Pehrson 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving , $200 bond.

Leonard J. Piracci III 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/domestic violence, non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $1,251 bond, two days in jail.

Nancy J. Rogers 32, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $430 bond.
