Alpine skiing
Prompted by a similar case in Oakland, Calif., school board members in Vail, Colo., reportedly voted to use “Skibonics” as an alternative to standard English.

Nordic skiing

The Nordic trails groomer at the Priest Lake’s ranger station is broken. There’s plenty of snow, but skiers will have to make their own way.
Snowmobiling
Snowmobiling conditions are good at Priest Lake, but warmer temperatures have softened things considerably. Watch for large game - clever animals are using packed trails to navigate heavy snow.
