Police Deciding If Rapes Connected

Spokane police are trying to determine if three unsolved rapes are connected.

The rapes in March, April and May all involved a man wearing a ski mask and dark clothing.

A 24-year-old woman was attacked at about 2 a.m. March 6 on East Seventh Avenue.

On April 9, a 17-year-old was attacked about 11 p.m. while in her car at the intersection of Hoerner and Colton.

About 11 p.m. May 21, a 16-year-old was attacked by an intruder in a home on North Atlantic while babysitting.

Anyone with information about any of the cases is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
