Dave Villwock in Miss Budweiser won all four heats to capture the Virginia is for Lovers Cup in Norfolk.

Villwock, of Auburn, Wash., has an unprecedented 16 consecutive heat victories and has won all four races in the Jasper Hydroplane Thunder Tour this season. His average speed in Sunday’s final was 136.298 mph.
