Albert Imprints Wanted
Prosecutors are asking for dental imprints from NBC sportscaster Marv Albert, who is accused of biting a woman acquaintance and forcing her to perform oral sex on him.
The court filing Monday said Albert had the impressions made in New York but his new attorney, Roy Black, told the dentist not to hand them over.
Albert, 53, was indicted May 9 on one count of forcible sodomy and one count of assault and battery. He has not yet entered a plea but has denied any wrongdoing.
A hearing on motions in the case is scheduled for Thursday. The trial is scheduled for Sept. 22.
