Jurors who decided Tuesday that coffee machine banter about an episode of “Seinfeld” doesn’t constitute sexual harassment opened a wound. They awarded $26 million to Miller Brewing Co. executive Jerold Mackenzie, who was fired after telling a female colleague about a racy episode of the show. Truth Freemyn of 9to5, a Milwaukee-based advocacy group for working women, didn’t like the joke. “There are lots of people who are going to read that this woman got penalized for speaking up,” she said.
