Mountain films

The Banff Festival of Mountain Films keeps growing, with an even better package of films and headliners this fall British climber Chris Bonnington and expedition photojournalist Walter Bonatti are on the speaker’s list for the fest set for Nov. 7-9 at the Banff Centre. Also making appearances will be climbers Doug Scott, Sid Marty, Andrew Greig, Yvon Chouinard and Chris Noble.

The festival features dozens of the best gravity-action sports films in the world, plus seminars, banquets, speakers and more.
