Liquor Licenses

The Washington Liquor Control Board has imposed a monetary penalty of $250, which was paid by Ranch Markets Inc. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of supplying liquor to a person 19 years old for off-premises consumption at Excell Foods No. 25, 3204 E. 17th.
