James Wogsland has been appointed to the Kootenai County Planning Commission.

Wogsland worked for Caterpillar, a heavy-equipment manufacturer, for 38 years. He retired from his position as vice chairman in 1995.

Wogsland lives in Hayden Lake. He replaced G. Sandy Clark, who recently resigned from the Planning Commission. , DataTimes
