Rain Delays Racing

A steady rain washed out the first round of qualifying for Sunday’s Pontiac Excitement 400 at Richmond International Raceway, leaving drivers with only one shot to make the field.

Instead of two rounds, all 38 starting positions, plus four provisionals and a champions’ exemption will be determined today.
