Three Men Charged In Shooting At Motorists Plead Not Guilty
Three men charged with firing shots at motorists on Interstate 90 late last year have pleaded not guilty.
Attorneys representing Gregory T. Moody, Christopher R. Williams and Evan M. McKiernan submitted their pleas in Spokane County Superior Court on Thursday.
Williams and McKiernan are charged with four counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of first-degree reckless endangerment.
Moody is charged with one count of second-degree assault and one count of reckless endangerment.
The three men are charged in a series of shootings west of Spokane from October to December.
Washington State Patrol investigators also said they discovered shell casings from a weapon used at a shooting in the Spokane Valley that matched those found in the area west of Spokane. , DataTimes
