Secret Witness Offering Reward

A man who killed two people over a traffic dispute seven years ago is now wanted on a no-bail felony warrant.

Secret Witness will pay cash for information leading to the arrest of 40-year-old Ralph Albert Young.

He was convicted of two counts of manslaughter in 1989, after charges were reduced from second-degree murder. He is currently wanted for violating the terms of his probation.

Young is 5-foot-8, weighs 155 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.

Because of his history, police have been warned to use caution if approaching Young.
