Senior Citizens Invited To Dance

Senior citizens are being invited to join students from Lake City and Coeur d’Alene high schools at the annual St. Patrick’s Dance, from 7:30 to 10 p.m. today.

The dance will be held at the Lake City Senior Center, 1916 Lakewood Drive. Cost is $2.50, and everyone is encouraged to wear green.

The Glenn Allen Trio and Lake City High School Jazz Band will provide music. Students will decorate the center, make refreshments and arrange entertainment for the intermission. Seniors will teach the teens the fox trot, swing and polka.

The dance is co-sponsored by Youth Volunteers in Action and the Key Club.
