Eddie Haney Priest River, Idaho
Memorial service for Eddie Howard “Ed” Haney, 54, will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Valley Baptist Church in Edgemere, Idaho. Sherman-Knapp Funeral Home in Priest River is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Haney, who died Tuesday, was born in Houston, Mo.
He served in the Navy for 23 years and, after retiring, worked at Merrits Lumber Mill in Priest River.
He had lived in Post Falls for about eight years and moved to Priest River three years ago.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Linda Wallace Haney; two sons, Aaron and Shawn Haney, both at home; three daughters, Jaymi Bradshaw of Clay Springs, Ariz., Anna Davis of Ozark, Ala., and Tammy Looney of Waterloo, Ala.; and a brother, Fred Haney of Cordova, Tenn.
Wallace Robertson Spokane
Memorial gathering for Wallace E. “Wally” Robertson, 68, will be at 2 p.m. today at 3718 E. Fifth. Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-South is in charge of cremation.
Mr. Robertson, who died Thursday, was born in Clarkston, Wash.
He had lived in Spokane for 27 years and had worked as a health technician at Eastern State Hospital.
He is survived by three daughters, Regina, Carol and Lori; two sons, Butch and Joe; a brother, Harold Robertson of Riverside, Calif.; a sister, Margie Sisson of Sandpoint; and 10 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Rita Johnson Spokane
Visitation for Rita A. Johnson, 81, is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-South. Funeral Mass is planned for 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Burial will be at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., Mrs. Johnson died Thursday.
She was a 50-year Spokane resident and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Murel Johnson; and two sisters, Estelle Long of Burbank, Calif., and Virginia Manti of Tacoma.
