Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Margaret Bedard - 28, Rathdrum, burglary, $5,000 bond.

Jayson A. Freeman - 20, Post Falls, parole violation/burglary, $20,000 bond.

Danny J. Pankratz - 22, Harrison, failure to appear/grand theft and suspended driver’s license, $11,000 bond.

Philip A. Peightal - 46, Athol, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, $50,000 bond.

Jeremy L. Selders - 19, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds check fraud, $200 bond.

Misdemeanors

Anthony A. Blass - 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $816 bond.

Tammi K. Bracey - 33, Spokane, contempt/ non-sufficient funds checks, $1,000 bond.

Skippy R. Davis - 43, Enaville, Idaho, contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, failure to appear/ battery, $1,616 bond.

Arlan H. Gunderson - 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $770 bond.

Gary D. Hanson - 37, Rathdrum, contempt/ driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, driving while suspended, eluding, $1,704 bond.

David L. Holcomb - 45, Newman Lake, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $512 bond, 8-1/2 days in jail.

Cruz Jimenez - 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/trespassing and driving under the influence, open container, $766 bond.

Jo E. Meldrum - 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $3,500 bond.

Seth M. Mongan - 29, Sandpoint, contempt and failure to appear/hit and run, $808 bond, two days in jail.

Robert C. Schroeder - 22, Priest River, contempt/driving under the influence, $568 bond.

David A. Schabell - 20, Post Falls, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $269 bond, 30 days in jail.

Duane L. Shove - 31, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $667 bond.

Michael L. Southern - 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $520 bond.

Billy J. Thomas - 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/resisting officers, $526 bond.

Jackie D. Weldon - 41, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/reckless driving and no driver’s license, $2,078.
