Ecology Agency Seeking Comment

The Washington Department of Ecology is seeking comment on proposed changes to the state Environmental Policy Act.

At a hearing tonight in Spokane, Ecology officials will explain several proposed amendments to the law, Washington’s major environmental policy guide.

They include streamlining the environmental review of projects and other revisions.

The hearing starts at 7 p.m. at Ecology’s Eastern Regional Office, N. 4601 Monroe. , DataTimes
