Anxiety Screenings Available Free Today

Free anxiety screenings will be provided today in Spokane County as part of Mental Health Month.

The screenings will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Spokane Mental Health, 103 E. First Ave., and from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute, 711 S. Cowley.

Last year, more than 40,000 people went to anxiety screenings at more than 2,000 sites nationwide.

Anxiety disorders cause people to feel frightened, distressed and uneasy for no apparent reason. For more information, call 838-4651. , DataTimes
