Kettle Falls Voters Pass Bond Measure
Voters in the Kettle Falls School District overwhelmingly approved a six-year, $425,000 bond measure Tuesday.
The measure needed only 60 percent support, but got 79.4 percent in unofficial returns. The vote was 455-118.
The bond money will fix the middle school’s leaky roof, put computer labs in the district’s three schools, improve athletic fields and provide new and replacement equipment, including furniture, band instruments and buses. , DataTimes
