FOR THE RECORD (Idaho edition, December 5, 1997): Votes switched: Roger Mangum was elected Kellogg mayor with 367 votes in the Nov. 4 election. Challenger Michael Stevenson received 40 votes. Their vote totals were inadvertently switched in election results listed in the newspaper on Nov. 6.
