Don’t Mess With Fun

The Famous Chicken, a fan-favorite performer at sporting events, deals a blow to a member of his touring group dressed as a player at a Madison Black Wolf game in Madison, Wis., earlier this week. The owners of Barney, the purple dinosaur of kiddie fame, have filed a copyright and trademark infringement lawsuit against the Chicken for ridiculing and assaulting a character looking suspiciously like Barney during appearances at baseball and basketball games across the country.
