Hazel Ford has applied for a license to sell beer or wine by bottle or package for off premises consumption at Rich’s Gas & Deli, 10620 E. 16th, Spokane.

For Blue Sky’s Inc. has been approved for a restaurant license to sell spirits, beer and wine by open bottle or original container for on premises consumption at A Cut Above Steakhouse, 11723 E. Sprague.

Negeeb Azar and Najla Azar have applied for a license to sell beer or wine by bottle or package for off premises consumption at Azar’s Mini Mart, 13819 E. Trent.

William Kingdon, James Moon, James Seaver and Frank Madigan, dba Ivar’s Inc., have applied for a restaurant or dining place license to sell beer or wine for on premises consumption at Ivar’s Seafood Bar, 11618 E. Sprague.
