Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Joseph A. Bunting 26, Post Falls, parole violation/felony driving under the influence, $10,000 bond.

Timothy J. Irvin 24, Post Falls, nonsufficient funds check, $2,000 bond.

Andre C. Laurent 45, Post Falls, parole violation/aggravated assault, $10,000 bond.

Brandon P. Peterson 18, Athol, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Jamie B. Bell 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ no driver’s license, $315 bond.

Christopher J. Blair 21, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $488 bond.

Brian B. Thomas 26, Libby, Mont., contempt/driving while suspended, $288 bond.

James J. Esposito 23, Liberty Lake, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, $424 bond.

David W. Gray 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ no driver’s license, $63 bond.

Robert A. Hansen 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, $872 bond.

Marshall L. Lovey 42, Plummer, contempt/ inattentive driving, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $800 bond.

Dennis D. Missamore 56, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $370 bond.

Edward J. Payne 24, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended, $238 bond.

Jeffrey A. Strong 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance, $423 bond.

Benjamin H. Whitney 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, $132 bond.
