A lawyer new to golf died after being hit by his playing partner’s backswing.

Anthony Phua, a 35-year-old lawyer, was knocked out by a blow to the neck, got up, apologized for getting in the way, then collapsed again and died, a newspaper reported. His playing partner was questioned and the golf club in question was confiscated.
