Byu Rallies To Win

Paul Shoemaker came off the bench in the fourth quarter to lead No. 24-ranked Brigham Young to two late touchdowns as the Cougars rallied for a 42-35 victory over Utah State Friday night.

Will Snowden’s 2-yard run with 3:39 to play capped the second scoring drive engineered by Shoemaker and gave the Cougars (3-1) an unexpectedly thrilling victory over their in-state rivals.

Shoemaker entered Friday’s game with 12:21 left in the fourth quarter and Utah State (2-3) ahead 32-27.
