Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Christopher B. Critchfield 24, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear/ possession of a controlled substance, contempt/ driving while suspended, $45,300 bond.

Roger M. Hotrum 34, Cheney, burglary (three counts), grand theft (three counts), attempted burglary (two counts, $50,000 bond.

Kenneth E. Welker 45, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $1,500 bond.

Gary D. Wyer 45, Priest River, nonsufficient funds checks, $3,000 bond.

Cecil L. Zurfluh 62, Newman Lake, Wash., sexual battery of a minor, $10,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Lisa N. Chimenti 30, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/failure to pay jury costs, $140 bond.

Richard A. Helms 30, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $68 bond.
