Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Charlie E. Estell Jr. 21, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Gary W. Garretson 21, Post Falls, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Charles D. Hartman 27, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/burglary, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Nikki L. Jones 18, Julietta, nonsufficient funds checks (two counts), $2,500 bond.

Patrick J. Klatt 30, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft (three counts), failure to appear/battery, $11,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Kaare C. Beell 37, Spokane, contempt/ malicious injury to property, failure to appear/ jail, $200 bond, 20 days in jail.

James O. Ehrmantraut 44, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $109 bond.

Curtis Everett Jr. 47, Hayden, contempt/ driving under the influence, $316 bond.

Fletcher R. Harris 32, Hayden, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance, trespassing, $1,182.

John F. Jaramillo 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear/jail, $310 bond, two days in jail.

Allen L. Johnson 25, Laclede, contempt/ malicious injury to property, $253 bond.
