Eldredge Recovers

U.S. figure skating star Todd Eldredge said his separated right shoulder feels better, but he remained cautious about competing in a pre-Olympic event next month.

Eldredge, the world champion and a top contender for the gold medal in Nagano in February, separated the shoulder in practice for the long program in Skate America last weekend. He popped the shoulder back into place and won the event despite obvious pain.
