Personal: Age 40… works as a pollen facility coordinator at Bayer…has served on the Council for three terms and has lived in Millwood for 18 years…married with two children…interested in tennis, fly-fishing, scuba diving, attending church…is president of Industrial Development Corporation of Spokane.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in business administration from Eastern Washington University.

Last book read: “The Last of the Savages” by Jay McInerney

Favorite book: “A River Runs Through It” by Norman Maclean.

Greatest accomplishment: Raising a family and being married for 20 years … Keeping Millwood efficiently run and debt-free, except for sewer bonds.

Biggest regret: Doesn’t have any regrets. “Not yet, anyway.”

Person he most admires: His wife, because she’s an overall wonderful person.

One thing he would change: He would redesign the entire Millwood business district and make the town’s major roads more park-like, with trees and no billboards.
