Attorney Appointed To Bunker Hill Team

Attorney General Al Lance has appointed Deputy Attorney General Curt Fransen to the Silver Valley Trustee Board and the Bunker Hill Project team.

Fransen’s “first-hand knowledge of the activities in the Silver Valley will make him an effective representative for the state,” Lance said.

Fransen was transferred to Coeur d’Alene earlier this month to provide expanded legal service in North Idaho. He was the senior deputy attorney general at the Division of Environmental Quality for the past 11 years. , DataTimes
