The Army reports that it has been testing the UFO-like aircraft above, called the CYPHER Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, for the past six years. Here it maneuvers over a drop zone while being flown at Fort Benning, Ga., on Tuesday. The craft uses two sets of rotating blades - giving it an eery, whirring sound that are mounted in the center structure to hover and move around.
