Holiday Moves Council Meeting Back
The Labor Day holiday means the Spokane City Council will meet Tuesday instead of tonight.
The council’s short agenda includes a voluntary impact fee agreement with Leif Sorenson. The developer will pay the city $719 for every single-family unit he builds in the McCarrol East subdivision.
Council members also will consider spending up to $1.08 million to upgrade the city’s computer systems.
A briefing for the council starts Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the lower-level briefing room of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. The meeting begins at 6 p.m.
