Secret Witness Target Has 43 Convictions

A man with 43 convictions including assault, burglaries, thefts and forgeries is this week’s Secret Witness target.

A cash reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Jeffrey A. Mewes.

Mewes, 37, is now wanted on counts of theft, possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of burglary.

He is 5-foot-10, weighs 165 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. Anyone with information about Mewes is asked to call 327-5111.
