Crews To Repair U.S. 95 Bridge

State maintenance crews will start repairing the sidewalk on the Kootenai River Bridge on U.S. Highway 95 on Monday.

Harsh winter weather and the wet spring caused erosion on the embankment under the sidewalk.

Work will begin at the north end of the bridge, near the Kootenai River Inn. Southbound traffic will be restricted to one lane during the project.

Work is expected to be finished by late October. , DataTimes
